Rates
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment and hospital fees.

A Good Faith Estimate will be provided in writing at least one business day before your service. You can also ask your service provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Some of our providers participate with health insurance carriers including:

Anthem BCBS, Anthem Healthkeepers, Carefirst BCBS, BCBS, Aetna, Peak, Medicare, Sentara, Tricare (Out of Network), United Health Care
We do not have any clinicians who accept Medicaid, Cigna, or BCBS Healthkeepers Plus.

The Clinic at PAW does not participate with insurance.
