In Person and Virtual Options ( VA and WV residents) available.

Adult Therapy

Individual adult therapy offers you a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with someone who truly listens. It’s a place to slow down, breathe, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you — whether that’s stress, anxiety, grief, or simply the feeling that something in your life needs to change.

You’ll work one-on-one with a therapist who helps you uncover patterns, build new coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths. Together, you’ll create space for growth, healing, and self-discovery — so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a caring space for you and your partner to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect. Every relationship faces challenges — communication breaks down, misunderstandings grow, and distance can form where closeness used to be. In therapy, you’ll have the opportunity to understand one another more fully, rebuild trust, and rediscover what brought you together in the first place.

With the support of a therapist, you’ll learn new ways to express your needs, navigate conflict with respect, and strengthen your emotional bond. Whether you’re working through a specific issue or simply hoping to deepen your connection, couples therapy can help you create a relationship grounded in understanding, empathy, and shared growth.

Child Therapy

Child therapy offers a caring and playful space where children can express themselves freely, feel understood, and learn healthy ways to cope with life’s challenges. Through talk, play, art, and other creative activities, therapy helps children make sense of their feelings, build confidence, and develop tools for handling big emotions or difficult situations.

Every child’s world is unique. Therefore, we work closely with both children and parents to support emotional growth, strengthen family connections, and encourage resilience. In this safe and supportive environment, children can discover their strengths, feel seen and heard, and begin to thrive — at home, at school, and within themselves.

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a supportive space for families to come together, understand one another more deeply, and strengthen the connections that matter most. Every family faces moments of stress, change, or conflict — times when communication feels hard and relationships feel strained. In therapy, each family member has a voice, and together, you can explore patterns, build empathy, and find new ways to support one another.

By working together in therapy, your family can acquire tools to communicate more clearly, resolve tension with respect, and create a sense of balance and unity at home. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, parenting challenges, or simply wanting to feel closer, family therapy offers a path toward healing, understanding, and renewed connection.

Group Therapy*

Group therapy provides an opportunity for a small group of people gather with one or more therapists to talk about their feelings, experiences, and challenges. It provides a safe and supportive space for members to share, listen, and learn from each other. Through open discussion and feedback, participants can gain new perspectives, build coping skills, and feel less alone in their struggles. The therapist helps guide the conversation and ensures that everyone feels respected and understood. * Group therapy is available as the need arises; please check back here for schedule and topics, or contact us for more information.
